Registration Policies:

  • Payment in full is required at the time of registration and secures your child's seat for the semester. 
  • Families are responsible for class attendance. Credits are not offered for missed classes. Missed classes can be made up by attending more than one class a week. You can make up as many classes as needed during the semester. Sign up for a make-up using the make-up scheduler. 
  • No refunds will be given after the start of the session except under extenuating circumstances upon approval of the director. If you are unable to take a session for which you have paid, you must call 971-235-7508 or write [email protected]. An administrative processing fee of 20% of the tuition payment is non-refundable.
  • Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum registration number is not met. In this case, full refunds will be granted.

Health Policies and COVID-19 Protocols:

  • If anyone in your family is sick, please stay home until you are fully recovered; if you or your child has had a fever, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class.
