Payment in full is required at the time of registration and secures your child's seat for the semester.
Families are responsible for class attendance. Credits are not offered for missed classes. Missed classes can be made up by attending more than one class a week. You can make up as many classes as needed during the semester. Sign up for a make-up using the make-up scheduler.
No refunds will be given after the start of the session except under extenuating circumstances upon approval of the director. If you are unable to take a session for which you have paid, you must call 971-235-7508 or write [email protected]. An administrative processing fee of 20% of the tuition payment is non-refundable.
Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum registration number is not met. In this case, full refunds will be granted.
Health Policies and COVID-19 Protocols:
If anyone in your family is sick, please stay home until you are fully recovered; if you or your child has had a fever, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class.
